Objective:
- To solve problems of refugees, internally displaced persons, returnees under the readmission agreement and asylum seekers, in accordance with the application of legal regulations and international standards
- To to improve programs and strategic documents in order to create efficient and responsible institutional framework and implementation mechanisms that provide beneficiaries with adequate solutions in the process of integration and reintegration as well as access to rights

- Adjustment assistance to refugees from other agencies and organizations at home and abroad and ensuring balanced and timely assistance;
- Provision of accommodation or settlement of refugees in the areas of local self-governments

- Meeting the housing needs of persons
