Objectives:
- Advancement of knowledge in the field of human rights and humanitarian law
- Development of democracy
- Strengthening of the rule of law and the civil society in Serbia and other countries in transition from authoritarianism to democracy
Activities:
- Representation in the asylum procedure before competent authorities and domestic courts
- Providing direct assistance to refugees in the process of integration into our society through support in realizing social and economic rights
- Organizing trainings, seminars and lectures for non-governmental organizations, professional associations and state bodies responsible for exercising the rights of asylum seekers and refugees
- Advocacy activities and reporting on the state of the asylum system in the Republic of Serbia before domestic institutions and international bodies
