The organization believes that integration is facilitated by direct, personal connections and that hosting refugees in homes can create deeper human and cultural bonds compared to traditional reception facilities

- Mentoring, to help refugees with job searches, navigating bureaucracy, learning Italian, and accessing local services, empowering their independence
