Activities: WeWorld is an international NGO committed to defending the rights of women, children, and vulnerable communities. It focuses on education, gender equality, climate action, humanitarian aid, and social inclusion, operating in over 25 countries to promote sustainable development and social justice.
Projects:
- Ventimiglia: the project aims to provide legal and social assistance to migrants and asylum seekers in transit, ensuring the protection of their human rights. It offers legal guidance, support in accessing basic necessities when needed, and helps individuals understand national and international asylum laws. Given the evolving migration routes, with the Balkan route now replacing sea crossings, the project also monitors pushbacks at the French border in coordination with organizations in Italy and France. Additionally, it fosters dialogue with local authorities and schools to promote awareness and understanding of migration issues.
